Questions
Do my agents run in the cloud?
No. They run on your Mac with your own provider keys. Cloud is the line between your Mac and your phone, and nothing else.
What happens when I shut my laptop?
Your agents stop, exactly as they do today. Cloud does not change that, and we would rather say so before you pay than after.
Can you read what my agents are doing?
No. Your Mac and your phone agreed a key that the relay never saw. It moves sealed blobs and learns only that something moved, which is why a notification can say an agent needs you and never what about.
How many devices do I get?
One Mac at a time, and every phone you own. Moving to a new Mac is just pasting the same key there.
What if my card fails?
Nothing abrupt. You keep working through the month you already paid for while Stripe retries.
How do I cancel?
Email support@bloks.dev. It ends when the month you paid for runs out. No retention flow, no dropdown asking why.
