Questions about the plans.
Do my agents run in the cloud?
Not with Cloud or Team. They run on your machine with your own keys; Cloud is the line between your machine and your phone, and nothing else. Hosting, when it opens, is the plan that gives them a machine of their own.
What happens when I shut my laptop?
Your agents stop, exactly as they do today. Cloud does not change that, and we would rather say so before you pay than after.
Can you read what my agents are doing?
No. Your machine and your phone agreed a key the relay never saw. It moves sealed blobs and learns only that something moved, which is why a notification can say an agent needs you and never what about.
How many devices do I get?
One machine at a time, and every phone you own. With Cloud, up to three of that machine's workspaces are online at once; with Team, all of them. Moving to a new machine is just pasting the same key there.
What does Team add?
Rooms you share with people: as many as you like, up to ten people each. Members in your workspaces, up to ten in each. And every workspace online at once. Already on Cloud? Move to Team and keep your key.
What is Bloks AI?
AI for your agents that we provide, on Bloks's own engine, so there is no key or sign in to set up. It comes as a monthly allowance that Bloks shows as a meter and fills up again every month, and a top-up adds another month's worth if you run out. Claude Code always runs on your own Claude plan or API key, not on Bloks AI. Buy it on its own, or add it to Cloud or Team.
Is Hosting available?
Hosting Standard, Bloks Hosted and Bloks Team Hosted are on sale now. Hosting Lite is coming soon, and cannot be bought until it is ready.
What if my card fails?
Nothing abrupt. You keep working through the month you already paid for while Stripe retries.
How do I cancel?
In the Bloks app, open Settings, Plan, and choose Manage billing, or email support@bloks.dev. It ends when the period you paid for runs out. No retention flow, no dropdown asking why.
